We offer flat rate shipping for orders below this amount as follows:

Canada: Free when you spend $100+, or $10
USA: Free when you spend $100+, or $15
International: Free when you spend $150+ or $25

We also offer express shipping options here.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

We will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 10 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (unworn, unused, and unaltered), with tags and liners attached, and be in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email info@qndswim.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees.
