How do I care for my swimsuit?

We recommend that you hand wash your swimsuit in cold water immediately after using and lay flat to dry. Do not wring. 

Please note that use of tanning lotions, chlorine and hot tubs may cause damage or discolouration. 

Do you have size guide?

Our size guide can be found on the product page. If you need any assistance with sizing, please email info@qndswim.com.

Where can I buy your products?

Our products are available exclusively online via our website. 

ORDERS

How can I make changes to my order?

Please email info@qndswim.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate your request. We cannot guarantee any changes after an order has been placed. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

We ship to Canada, USA and to most other countries worldwide using UPS. The cost is dependent on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note, items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs taxes, duties and/or charges. These charges will not be reimbursed. As these costs vary, please check with your country's customs office for more information. 

 

When can I expect my order?

Please allow 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in shipping your order as some carriers have reported delays of up to 14 days. 

What happens if my package is undeliverable or I refuse an order?

Please note, if your package is undeliverable or you refuse an order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (unworn, unused and unaltered), with tags and liners attached, and be in its original packaging.

To start a return, please use the return shipping label provided with your original order. If you need a return label, please email info@qndswim.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees. 

I received the wrong item(s) or the item is defective. Can you help?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email info@qndswim.com within 48 hours with your order number and a picture of the wrong/defective items(s).
