SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship to Canada, the USA, and to most other countries worldwide via Canada Post or courier. For domestic or US purchases over $100 or international purchases over $150, shipping is free. We offer flat-rate shipping for orders below this amount as follows: 

    Canada (2-6 days) $10
    USA (4-10 days) $15
    International (7-10 days) $25


    Please note, items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs taxes, duties, and/or charges. These charges will not be reimbursed. As these costs vary, please check with your country's customs office for more information. 

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in shipping your order as some carriers have reported delays of up to 14 days. 
  • Please note, if your package is undeliverable or you refuse an order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
