PRODUCT
We recommend you hand wash your swimsuit in cold water immediately after using and lay flat to dry. Do not wring.
Please note use of tanning lotions, chlorine and hot tubs may cause damage or discolouration.

ORDERS
Please email info@qndswim.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee any changes after an order has been placed.
Due to our quick processing times, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.
SHIPPPING
All shipping costs are shown in Canada Dollars (CAD). For domestic purchases over $100, shipping is free.
We offer flat rate shipping for orders below this amount as follows:
- Canada $10
- USA $15
- International $25
We also offer express shipping options here.
Please note, items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs taxes, duties and/or other charges. These charges will not be reimbursed. AS these costs vary, please check with your country's customs office for more information.

Please note, if your package is undeliverable or you refuse an order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 10 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (unworn, unused, and unaltered), with tags and liners attached, and be in its original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees.
